I've tried to keep these recipes as waffle-free as possible. I hate searching for recipes and tips and having to read through 1000s of words before I even get to the recipe. The ultimate form of self-indulgence, although one could argue this paragraph waffles on a bit.

In these recipe posts you'll find a list of equipment you will need, the ingredients and a more detailed description including tips and potential pitfalls. I do have a fair amount of kitchen equipment that many do not have, and there are ways to work around this. However for anyone who loves to be in the kitchen, I highly recommend investing in a few good pieces of equipment that will stand the test of time, and make your life unbelievably simple. I may also highlight a few implements I find along the way, that have become absolute staples in my kitchen.
